ABOUT CAROLINE
At a young age Caroline discovered a whole new realm of excitement as her grandmother would paint. Scrutinizing a new environment, her eyes were larger than the world. The emotion she was capturing on canvas has been a tremendous influence in her career path. Ever since then, she found there was a curiosity to painting.
Knowing she wants to become an illustration major has thrilled her in various ways. She has always been sure that creativity has become her salvation. During her last year of high school she took AP art studio. This class allowed her to pick a concentration for a series of paintings which stylized in raw emotion of humans. After creating her works of art she can feel a great sense of happiness and dedication and is excited to see herself improve.
Traits that she carries as a productive artist consist of many unique qualities. When painting she likes to express experiences on an emotional level. Her buyers have told her that she has a way of capturing the study of emotion. Exploring with mediums has always been her defining growth. 2012 she had her work shown in the Morris Museum for being one of the winners in the Mary Gill Art scholarship. In 2010 and 2012 her works of art were in the Blackwell Art Gallery. Carrie has explored the challenge of showing works of art off to an audience with an instillation made by herself. Over the years she developed into a devoted artist who has more of an understanding to interact with the subject of art.
